DELIVERY

Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 a.m. are normally dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Denmark.

Parcels are shipped with different carriers depending on the destination country and area. At checkout, you can see which carriers are available for your address.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, stock discrepancies and price changes.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you regret your purchase, you have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us using the return instructions included with your order. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing delivery of the item without also clearly notifying us of your intention.

RETURNS

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receipt of the order.

When returning an item, you may use the enclosed prepaid return label. The standard fees charged for the use of this label is 10€ | 15£ | 100SEK/NOK | 50DKK. This fee will be deducted from the amount returned.

The item must be securely packaged when returned, and you bear the risk from the time of delivery of the item. Remember to obtain a receipt when handing in the parcel.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. The item may be tried on in the same way as in a physical shop, but must not be used in practice if you wish to receive a full refund. If the item has been tried beyond what is permitted, it is considered used, and you will receive a reduced or no refund depending on the commercial value of the item.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount you have paid, excluding shipping costs, provided that the item is returned without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receipt. The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or documentation of its return.

We share data (anonymously) regarding marketing and website traffic for educational purposes. No sensitive personal data is shared.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal data and do not disclose your personal information to others; it is only registered in our customer database. You may have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to place an order and enter into an agreement with Morehouse A/S, we require the following information to process your order:

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

The personal data is registered with Morehouse A/S and stored for up to five years, after which it is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always occurs with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly which information is collected and why.

The managing director and employees of Morehouse A/S have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form.

As a registered customer with Morehouse A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted under the Danish Data Protection Act, and enquiries regarding this should be addressed to info@northernhunting.com

PAYMENT

Morehouse A/S accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Morehouse uses Shopify Payments and PayPal’s payment services.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical product is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

COMPLAINTS

Northernhunting.com inspects all items before dispatch. The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects may apply to purchases of goods.

A complaint period of 2 years applies, and as a consumer you must therefore submit a complaint no later than 2 years after delivery of the item. If the complaint deadline is not met, your right to claim defects lapses, unless we have undertaken to guarantee the item for a longer period.

In addition to the 2-year right to complain, we offer a 3-year warranty on all Northern Hunting products. The warranty may be used once within 5 years from the original date of purchase.

In the event that you have received a new product following a complaint, in accordance with our warranty terms, the new product is subject to the standard 2-year right to complain under the Sale of Goods Act.

HOW QUICKLY MUST I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT?

You must submit a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the item. Complaints made within two months are always considered timely.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or similar. Remember to return the item in proper packaging and obtain a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.

OTHER

All trading on this website is conducted in Danish, English or German. Anyone may shop with us.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact us at info@northernhunting.com or by phone +45 71 99 20 60. If we are unable to find a solution, you may submit a complaint to the relevant authorities in the field, such as the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, phone +45 41 71 50 00.

The EU Commission’s online complaint portal may also be used when submitting a complaint, particularly if you are a consumer resident in another EU country.
