Follow our purchase deadlines below, and place your order in time to ensure your packages arrive in time for Christmas Eve.
All Christmas gifts can be returned within 100 days from the date of purchase.

What delivery methods can I choose?
We offer deliveries with local carriers as well as DHL and GLS. The delivery methods available for your location will be shown at checkout.
With DHL, we offer delivery to a residential address or a DHL ServicePoint.
With GLS, we offer delivery to a residential address, a parcel shop, or a business address.
Note: Delivery to a business address is only possible if you provide the company name in your delivery information.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM are shipped from our warehouse the same day, and you will generally receive your order within 2-3 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a Track & Trace link shortly after we have shipped the order from our warehouse.
If you have chosen delivery to a residential address and are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the shipment at the nearest Parcel Shop / ServicePoint, and you will be informed via SMS or email where you can pick up your package.
I want to cancel my purchase - what do I do?
You have a 100-day right of return when you shop at northernhunting.com. The return period expires 100 days after the day you receive your product.
You can cancel your purchase by using the included return guide that came with your package. You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing the package.
If you wish to return, please do the following:
- Pack the goods securely and do not put a shipping label on the original packaging.
- Fill in the return slip below and enclose the entire slip in the package.
- Send the package to Northern Hunting, Transportcenter Alle 19, 7400 Herning, Denmark.
Remember to get a shipping receipt. The parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to Northern Hunting.

I have a complaint - what do I do?
When you shop at www.northernhunting.com, you get a 5-year warranty on all items from Northern Hunting. This means that you can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must file a complaint to info@northernhunting.com within a “reasonable time” after you discover the defect. Include purchase documentation and pictures of the grounds for the complaint. We will get back to you with a prepaid return label and a return guide that you should fill out and send along with your parcel.
How do I return an order?
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods if you want your money back. When returning items, you are responsible for ensuring the goods are safely packed. You bear the responsibility from the time of delivery of the goods. Remember to get a receipt for the shipment of the package.

How do I exchange for a different size?
If you need to exchange for a different size, you must return the item and purchase the desired size again. This way, you ensure that the desired size is in stock.
